Account Terms

  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by robots or other automated methods are not allowed and will be terminated without notice.
  • You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information required to complete the registration process.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account. Laylah will not be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.
  • Laylah may communicate with you via email or push notifications regarding your account, system updates, or other issues related to your account.
  • You are responsible for all content submissions and activities that occur under your account, even when the content is submitted by others on your account.
  • You may not use Laylah for illegal or unauthorized purposes. In the use of Laylah, you must not violate the laws of your jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, copyright laws.

Payment and Access

  • A valid credit card is required for all accounts.
  • If you upgrade or downgrade your premium plan, your new billing rate will be charged immediately.
  • Laylah service is billed in advance according to our pricing grid, and all monthly payments are non-refundable.
  • There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused months with an open account. To treat everyone fairly, no exceptions will be made.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. You agree to pay these taxes that might apply to your use of Laylah and payments made here.

Changes to Service and Fees

  • Laylah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time for any valid reason with or without notice.
  • Laylah reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Any new features that enhance or improve the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to the terms of use.
